Refund policy

 

Home & Gift Products

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received the product, we will review your case for a refund or exchange but reserve the right to refuse.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

SIÓG Botanicals will accept and refund products returned:

  • Within 30 days of you physically receiving the product.
  • The good(s) must be unused, unopened and in the same condition you received it/them.
  • You must have proof of purchase and purchase date.
  • Please return your products to SIÓG Botanicals, 1 Crookstown Business Park, Ballitore, Co. Kildare R14ND91. If shipping the goods, SIÓG Botanicals do not accept any liability for any damage during transit or any lost shipments.

If it has been over 30 days since you received the product SIÓG Botanicals will review on a case by case basis and may offer a partial refund or exchange. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@siogbotanicals.ie

SIÓG Botanicals reserve the right to refuse refund on all sale items

SIÓG Botanicals are happy to exchange products for equal value within 30 days (if after 30 days we will review the case and make a decision as to whether or not to exchange), send us an email at hello@siogbotanicals.ie

Flower Preservation & Artwork

SIÓG Botanicals do not accept refunds or returns on flower preservation artwork as each piece is custom designed and made. 

  • If there is an issue with a flower preservation custom piece when you receive it please let us know within 14 calendar days of receiving the same.
  • SIÓG Botanicals highlight the risk of shipping the larger flower preservation custom pieces as outlined on the consultation form. As such, SIÓG Botanicals will not accept any liability for broken glass during transit for these frames.
  • SIÓG Botanicals will endeavour to communicate with our clients in the most convenient way for all. However, should communication break down on our clients side for any longer than 60 calendar days and/or multiple attempts on our side, SIÓG Botanicals reserves the right to terminate the booking. In this event, all deposits paid will be retained by SIÓG Botanicals and any flower(s) will remain the property of SIÓG Botanicals.
